About Us

HAZY CUSTOMS is based in South Wales and we offer bespoke hand built drums. We also pride ourselves on a tailored service to create your perfect drum, from a one off snare to a full custom drum kit. All drums are hand built and finished in Wales, using the best quality materials. Our standard birch shells are also made in Wales from 100% vertical grain, A grade finnish birch.

We offer drum shells in a variety of finishes from natural oil and exotic woods, to custom paint including air brushing, pin striping and powder coating. We also source a large range of drum parts to complete your custom look.

 

History

HAZY CUSTOMS was established in 2011 by experienced drummer and hobbyist drum builder Ritchie Newell. Our vision is to create unique, quality, great sounding drums at competitive prices, as an alternative to expensive mass produced drums, manufactured abroad.
